Car Show at Independence Day on the Rock

Great news for car enthusiasts in the Kaiserslautern and Baumholder communities. A Car Show is part of the Independence Day on the Rock celebration July 2 from 3:30 to 8 p.m. at the Wagon Wheel Theater parking lot on Smith Barracks.

• All patrons registering their vehicles for the car show will receive notification of acceptance via either email or phone calls.
• Patrons can register at: Pulaski, Landstuhl and Baumholder Automotive Skills Centers or by calling the following numbers: Pulaski at 493-4167 or 0631-3406-4167 / Landstuhl at 486-7335 or 06371-86-7335 / Baumholder at 531-2949 or 0611-143-531-2949.
• Entry fee is $10.
• Registration will be conducted on a first pay, first come basis until capacity has been reached. Please make payments at any of the three Automotive Skills Centers prior to event, or at the Baumholder Automotive Skills Center on the day of the event. 
• Categories are Best of Sound, Best of Public Choice, Best Paint Job, Best Interior, Best Engine Bay and Worst Paint Job.
• Trophies will be presented to the first and second place in each category July 2. The attendant will need to be present at the time that the awards are given out, or the award will be forfeited.
