Come and compete against some of the strongest men and women in Baumholder during the free Bench Press Competition, as part of the Independence Day on the Rock celebration, on July 2 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Mountaineer Fitness Center, Bldg. 8220 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder.
- Prizes awarded to first-place male and female winners.
- Open to ID Card holders 18 and older.
